Do you believe, with respect to the judicial system (or systems) in place where you live, that justice is, indeed, blind? Why do you feel that way?

My Answer for the above question is :

Yes, the justice is indeed ,a blind. Why because so many injustices are happening to so many people across the states from the recent murdered case of two innocent persons to the recent child rape .

Even when the world is at an edge of sink with various cause like this pandemic spread and lockdown times .At one corner of the world ,some group of people is struggling and fighting for their survival but at the same time another group of people are doing the injustice to innocent lives . I can’t even imagine how these kind of people are dare to do injustice like stealing , abusing, killing, harassments, Rape, murder, ill-treating animals , etc  .

What is shocking is? The one who is in a position to protect to the people is destroying the people then what these enforcements of law is made for and whom it is for ?They humiliate ,excoriate and brutally ill-treated these innocents to an extreme level of agony . when the world is fighting for it’s survival, how can one dare to these illegal activity as if they got some Pschent or something .Nobody have the right to harm anybody even if he is a king to the world until it is for some justice .we also know what the government promised to succor for their families of victims but nobody can return the lost lives. First of all who are giving permission for these cruel peoples and how they dare to touch and destroy these innocents due to their self pleasure , ego and physic behaviour. A small school kid who doesn’t even aware about the sexual education is getting abused and raped by the peoples and they kill them at last .why they are doing this for a small kid -it is the voice of the girl ‘ I who am not culpable ,guiltless, pure .I doesn’t know anything then why am getting these tortures and she screams aloud with largest agony as ” why me ? “.

when every news comes in terms of injustice the virtual world will be filled with posts and hashtags .Everyone will start to speak on that first day then the next day they start to focus on the next problem. So, the people will be busy in forgetting all the injustice happening for them in this evil society and they move on so easily since they are not in the shoes of the victim .Because people will have the sympathy instead of empathy. All they can able to do is to protest and put post and make this as viral as possible by putting their efforts in asking the government to take action as on immediate basis instead of all the rest of delayed cases.

But why the crime is not handled at its own .why its wants the people to protest and do rally and make efforts in raising their voice across the media for a justice .why they are not taking action when it comes to their knowledge .why people have to suffer and protest for their rights . If the rule is strict then the  people will not dare to do crime so easily .If the law obliges the government to make the  punishments to be severe then nobody will misuse the power and destroy any life on earth.

Then, that time justice will rule and injustice will fade away!.

here the post :

Welcome once again to Fandango’s Provocative Question.

By provocative, I don’t mean a question that will cause annoyance or anger. Nor do I mean a question intended to arouse sexual desire or interest.

What I do mean is a question that is likely to get you to think, to be creative, and to provoke a response. Hopefully a positive response.

This week’s provocative question is about justice

Do you believe, with respect to the judicial system (or systems) in place where you live, that justice is, indeed, blind? Why do you feel that way?

If you choose to participate, write a post with your response to the question. Once you are done, tag your post with #FPQ and create a pingback to this post if you are on WordPress.
