How to realize this is a right moment ?

So many questions ?

Questions may be different but answer is only one ..

Realization point ..awareness of moment

Whether to take up the challenge and ready to face the outcomes or not ..

It’s all again come in another answer called “choices ” and “chances ”

Whether we are taking the chances at the right moment either it is a right choice or wrong choice and again are you willing to face the negative and positive results of your choice

The interlink of TIME ,CHANCE And CHOICE decides one’s life where are they now and how they are going to succeed in their life…

It’s all about the “CONNECTIVITY” of one’s thyself by awaring the moment is right or not or to wait or learn to know when it will be ..

Every question will have many answers and every answer is again a question of another answer..

Life is full of interconnecting the puzzles and we have to make sure how to find the way to get out from the maze .

Few will know what to do and few may not aware .

few have answers in themselves but dont know how to start it .

Few dont know what they are doing now and what they gonna do in future also .

Few will  be simply enjoying the flow but they dont aware if the moment is right or not or they are living the moment.

Awareness of thyself  in relationship with the TIME and MIND and being conscious of one’s ACTION gives the answer for all the mazes of life..

Yes ofcourse ,the answer for this question is exactly the purpose of the life.many dont know the answers like what to use ,when to use and how to use…

Many people doesn’t even realise which part of these answers they are living, may be in right moment or waiting for the moment or they are not even realizing where are they are now

And sure every one has to start their work without minding the consequences by giving out their 100 percent dedication and enjoy what they do ..

Results may be a sweet fruit or bitter fruit. It may be ease or hard on should not worry on those things .just enjoy your choice either as your growth toward success or a learning period..

So, do enjoy what you are doing now  and what you gonna do in future also with all of your heart by mindfulness.

See a simple question of like the below one

Whether to wait for the moment is right ?

Ended with linking the chance ,choice , awaring thyself ,their effort, and how they doing the things with their mindfulness ,etc will decide the results

Likewise in our daily life ,we should not suppose to have only one single answers from one point of view. It may be another different answer  from another one’s perspective or it may be clue of interlinked  situations to solve a solution.

So different perspective view is needed for finding a simple solution .

I am re writing my theories on life lessons, I know you all have read this before, I would only recommend to read this again as I wrote this in a 360 degree view, thinking from others perspective, applying all the answers I can think of.

I am going to ask you a question. Wait for the right moment? So assume you would give me one answer favorable to my question, and another one will give you an opposite answer. I have read many other blogs and people either say wait for right moment, or another set of bloggers say don’t wait for it, both looks very positive, but I do not want to judge which one is right, so here my answer for this question would be

A little smile 😊

Smile …it is beautiful thing which we can give to others .
This sunshine of smile spreads one and only few drops of hapiness falls over you like a perfume..
So when trying to make others happy ,you just adapt yourself to be happy at all odd and even situations.
Life makes you to ride in a roller coaster where you sometimes fall and go upward in your journey ,instead of worrying about the pitfalls just enjoy the presence of feeling in your ride.
Some situations and some environment can be changed with a smile.if someone next you sitting sad and if you give your smile ,it will fix into their face like catching disease some people may resistant to it,we can ignore them here..we can spread this happiness by giving all our smile who ever crosses our way.
For me ,if a stranger gives out a smile ,I feel more pleasant .someone smile makes my day.sometimes some smiles heals me..sometimes some smile speaks with me ..sometime some smile makes me proud and confident .some smile changes the worst into best.some smile bring out some humor even in horrible situations..some smile gives you the best answers..
Smile is language which we can deliver to a stranger or any age group.its a happy sign without a language barrier.its best medicine .

It creates a positive aura which brings out positive makes you feel makes you makes you rich. It makes you as a giver.

So,let us smile and spread the smile and be the one for someone smile

Heads up ! Walk straight have the guts to face people, SMILE😁😁😁. It is the best thing you can do. Smile at strangers smile at people you see everyday. You will make them feel so much better than you imagine. The positive aura in your smile has such an energy can make someone’s entire day awesome.

Starting from NOW smile 😊! If you are shy, No problem atleast smile at people you know. If you cant make everyone’s day special you can atleast someone’s day right.

Stress -? !

STRESS -The most common word we can hear from our younger generation ,it doesn’t mean our ancestors or older generation doesn’t face this stress ,it means we have more things to think on our mind.
Let me clear you ..
In older era,people use to meet people have a meaningful conversation and they used to live as a closed groups and eat what is available to their surroundings and live a happier and healthier lifestyle with under their limited timezone of proper sleep at night and works at daytime.Their main goal of achievement is passing the day without any worries and earning for the survival.Their thought of thinking is very simple and their stress is limited and only a very few people will get fall into that category
But in our technical era ,young ones are having so many thought process and struggles they used to face in their life.this modern age made their life so complicated. Emotional, mentally,physically they are facing so many challenges.we can think what food can do with our mind,actually fiid can make a difference with our body hormones which are responsible for this stress.we dont have a healthy life style first.we used to eat what is beyond our tropical climate and enjoy the pleasure of tasting all the good and bads.second cause may due to improper sleep and habits.Most of them are living a owl and bat life which affects your metabolism conditions.we have so many reasons to get stressed from our darkest life, society, incapablities,career,lifestyle,etc..
Most of the 80% category of younger peoples will fall under this stress category .especially office goers,homicide,etc and few dont about the cause and feel this stress everyday as their part of life like syndrome PTSD-post traumatic stress disorder-anxiety and flashback triggered by a traumatic event which may lead to neurological changes too.
this comes to a person who used to think about past events again and again and cant able to live om present or sometimes memories of trauma becomes difficult to process while anxiety increases,all of causing the individual to re-experience the feelings associated with trauma as if like occuring in the present.
Signs range from flashbacks to nightmare, panic attacks to eating disorders and cognitive delays to lowered verbal memory capacity.
Just as not every trauma survivor will develop PTSD, not every individual with PTSD will develop the same signs – and rarely do all 17 exist in one individual
Some of the most common symptoms of PTSD include the following:
Intense feelings of distress when reminded of a tragic event
Extreme physical reactions to reminders of trauma such as a nausea, sweating or a pounding heart
Invasive, upsetting memories of a tragedy
Flashbacks (feeling like the trauma is happening again)
Nightmares of either frightening things or of the event
Loss of interest in life and daily activities
Feeling emotionally numb and detached from other people
Sense of a not leading a normal life (not having a positive outlook of your future)
Avoiding certain activities, feelings, thoughts or places that remind you of the tragedy
Difficulty remembering important aspects of a tragic event
Most of them will face this our life am also one of these signs and am survivor of this PTSD.if anybody who falls under this category ,I suggest you guys for changing your lifestyle and habbits in more healthier way.
Common medicine for this :love yourself more and more ..when you dont love yourself who else..self love is very much needed.
Also kindly watch your intake and hours what you spend for and think about feel good memories instead of the one that’s makes you heavy.Roam around the people makes you feel better. Enjoy what you do or dont do that think which makes you feel you life to the fullest..
